Shipping & returns
DUTIES & TAXES:
All our shipments are sent with DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), which means that the prices displayed on our website include all import duties and taxes. There are no additional charges at the time of delivery; the price you see is the price you pay. This is part of our commitment to providing a seamless shopping experience, ensuring no unexpected fees upon receipt of your order.
SHIPPING
Ciberia.shop ships worldwide.
Our shipments in Denmark are sent with GLS from our Danish warehouse.
All international shipments are sent with either GLS, POSTNORD, UPS or DHL.
We aim to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We strive to process and send orders within 48 hours, from Monday to Friday and to deliver within the delivery times described below, unless otherwise agreed, however, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events.
When the order is made the customer will receive an order number.
If the package or content should be damaged in any way when it arrives to the customer, the customer must report it to the delivery courier immediately or no later than two days after.
Ciberia.shop is not responsible for packages that are damaged. Shipments will always be packed carefully by us.
DELIVERY TIME:
Denmark: Expect delivery within 2-3 weekdays, excluding public holidays.
Other European Countries: Delivery typically takes 5-7 weekdays.
Outside the European Union: Delivery times vary, typically ranging from 4-8 days. Please note that these times are indicative and can differ based on the specific country.
We make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but please be aware that times may vary due to factors beyond our control. Ciberia.shop cannot be held responsible for both shipping delays or other events when the order has left our Danish warehouse.
Shipping costs are at the customers expense.
RETURNS
We hope you are satisfied with your order. If that is not the case, you can return any purchases within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the full amount of the returned item(s), but not the original shipping costs. You are responsible for the return cost of shipping and all other expenses.
If you want to return your item(s), please write us a mail at hello@ciberia-shop.com.
The customer may try the item or items without causing any sort of deterioration. This does not apply to our underwear, which we only refund if the parcel seal is not broken. If the underwear has been tried on and still sent back, we will not issue a refund.
The item(s) must be returned as new and unused. If the item is returned damaged, used, washed or in general other condition than on delivery Ciberia.shop will not accept the return and the package will be sent back to the customer at own expense.
If the above is not met, Ciberia.shop will consider the item or items as used and the customer will lose the right of return partly or completely.
As soon as we have checked the item is in the expected condition a refund will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the item(s). Be aware that the originally shipping charges will not be refunded. The estimated processing time after we have received the package is 5-10 business days.
